Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) — Subclass 482

Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) — Subclass 186

Permanent

The permanent solution for businesses ready to commit to a valued employee long-term. Ideal for nominating skilled workers directly or transitioning staff from a temporary visa. A powerful retention tool that rewards loyalty on both sides.

Intracompany Transfer — Subclass 482

Temporary

Relocating a key person from your global operations to Australia? This pathway is designed for exactly that — bringing experienced personnel from an overseas office into your Australian team quickly and compliantly.

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (SESR) — Subclass 494

Temp → Permanent

A strong option for businesses operating outside major cities. Regional employers can access a wider pool of occupations and benefit. After three years, sponsored workers can apply for permanent residency.

Training Visa — Subclass 407

Temporary

Bring overseas workers to Australia for structured workplace training or professional development. Great for upskilling international staff or fulfilling occupational training requirements before a longer-term placement.

The application process

Most corporate visa applications follow three stages. We guide you through every one of them.

1. Become an approved sponsor

Before you can hire, your business must be approved as a standard business sponsor by the Department of Home Affairs. We prepare and lodge your sponsorship application — demonstrating your business is lawful, financially sound, and committed to your obligations.

2. Nominate the position

Next, you nominate the specific role you wish to fill. This involves confirming the occupation is on the eligible list, documenting the genuine need, meeting market salary requirements, and — where applicable — satisfying Labour Market Testing obligations. We manage all of this for you.

3. Your candidate applies for the visa

Once the nomination is approved, your candidate lodges their visa application. We support your employee through health checks, skills assessments, character requirements, and document preparation — so nothing is left to chance, and processing times are as fast as possible.
